Tuition Assistance

For the 2021-2022 school year, over 370 families applied for financial aid.
Students needing tuition assistance come from all sectors of life, including single-parent families who struggle paycheck-to-paycheck and middle class families with more than one child who are determined to give their children a Catholic education. There is no standard formula for determining the amount of tuition assistance given to a student or family. All applications are examined on a rolling basis, taking into consideration various factors including private school tuition, extraordinary family medical expenses, mortgage, and living expenses. Assistance comes in the form of direct grants, applied in monthly installments. In order to maintain their tuition assistance grant, students must maintain a 2.0 GPA.

Join us in making an Ignatius education possible for all students!
We support the tuition assistance program through the student endowment fund and the annual appeal. Through the annual appeal, we ask individuals to invest in the program by sponsoring a student with a gift of $2,500 or more. Your gift can be a one-time donation or a pledge with contributions equally divided into several payments. Sponsors are matched with students and both are encouraged to build a connection. Throughout the school year, sponsors will receive notes from students describing their progress in school.
We welcome all sizes of gifts from those unable to be a full sponsor at this time but who would still like to support this program. Giving today will ensure the future of a student tomorrow. Your gift assists us in continuing our tradition of accepting qualified students, regardless of their family's ability to pay the full cost of tuition. We are proud of our thousands of graduates who benefited from this program and have gone on to live lives of service and witness to their faith.
