Chip Mulaney, Jr

Charles W. Mulaney, Jr. is a corporate partner with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP concentrating in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, restructurings and general corporate governance.
 
He is a member of the executive committee of the Corporate and Securities Law Institute of Northwestern University School of Law.  Mr. Mulaney has served on the faculty of institutes for public company directors at the business schools of the University of Chicago, Duke University and Northwestern University, and he lectures frequently on mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance.
 
Mr. Mulaney serves in board leadership roles with Catholic Charities of Chicago (past Chairman), The Midtown Educational Foundation (past Chairman) and Catholic Relief Services (Board Member).  He is a member of the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago and Chairman of its Legal Oversight Committee.  He is a Lifetime Trustee of Fenwick High School.
 
He is a graduate of Yale Law School, 1974 and Georgetown University, 1971.

He and his wife, Ellen, have four children, each of whom is a graduate of Saint Ignatius.
