Topic: Remembering who you are beyond your role as mom, co-parent and spouse - a radical shift in self-care.
As a mother of five and through 26 years of marriage, Michelle has spent years navigating one of the most challenging aspects of being a mom = how to retain your separate identity and essence as an individual while caring for and enjoying your family. Through personal experience and working with clients, she supports women in creating their unique formula for thriving as individuals while creating and fulfilling their familial roles. She invites us to relate to our families from a space of wholeness, self-expression and intention, rather than through the idealized concepts of who we should be as mothers, spouses, and co-parents. This is a shift of living from "I have to" and "I should" to creating from "I want to."
