Courtney Thompson '85

Courtney Thompson is a Managing Consultant at ROC Group. She brings more than 20 years of communications experience which includes public relations, internal and executive, employee, and human resources communications. Courtney also brings expertise in public affairs, community engagement and government operations.

Before joining ROC Group, Courtney was with The Boeing Company where she held several executive positions including senior director, government operations, leading the company's regional government and community outreach efforts, director of employee communications, and the communications leader for the company’s human resources and administration organizations.

Prior to Boeing, Courtney led HR communications for RR Donnelley, and was a consultant at Coopers & Lybrand and Burson-Marsteller.

She received her BA from Providence College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
